Pastor Doug and Nancy come to us from rich ministry backgrounds both in church planting and staff ministry. In the 90's Doug pastored an international church in Seoul Korea and served as chaplain in a large Christian school for international students.
Doug is degreed from Baptist Bible College, Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. In ministry, he has led a Wild at Heart Men's group that grew to over 100 men from several churches in the Binghamton area. Also, Doug co-founded what we know now as Greater Binghamton Prays, an interdenominational gathering of pastors and intercessors who meet weekly here at Calvary Community to pray for revival and community transformation.
Doug serves as an Associate Pastor coaching small group leaders in the shift of pastoral care to the church's small groups, coaching men's ministry leaders, joining the preaching schedule, and counseling men and their families.
Doug has a passion for evangelism and discipleship. We are thrilled to have him as a part of the Calvary Community Church leadership team.
